Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Additional charges may apply for work outside the agreed scope
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius

Payments

• Payment terms will be specified in your quote or service agreement
• We accept bank transfer and major credit cards
• Overdue invoices may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month

Warranty & Liability

IPTECHS warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable Australian standards (including AS/NZS 3000 where relevant).

• A 90-day workmanship warranty applies to all completed installations
• Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any hardware supplied
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
